Features: Ensures easy release and fair faced concrete. Quick drying (1 to 2 hours) not affected by rain after application. Acts like rust preventive coating on steel formwork. Forms a thin stable film which does not allow water or dirt to stick. Blow-holes, staining and surface blemishes reduced to minimum. Easy to apply and increased coverage rate compared to conventional mould oils. Life of shutter or formwork increases. Reduces concrete contamination

For quick, clean & easy removal of moulds & formwork and ensure smooth finished concrete; increases the life span of steel, timber and plastic formwork.

Description:

D270 DURABUILD FORM RELEASE-O is a ready to use mineral oil based formwork/ mould release agent. High quality surface finish is assured compared to conventional mould oil. It is a blend of natural organic chemicals which reacts with the alkali in the concrete to form a thin water repellent film which prevents adhesion of concrete over formworks and thus enables easy and quick release.
