Epoxy Based Grouts
Epoxy grouts can be used for number of applications where precise tolerance for alignment is needed such as to fill the voids between a given substrate (usually concrete) and machinery baseplates, equipment baseplates, anchor bolt holes, bearing plates, prefabricated columns, rails, and tilt-up panels.
Epoxy resin based 2-component high strength injection grout for very small gaps between 0.2- 10 mm.
D322 EPOXY INJECTION GROUT (formerly Duraxygrout LV)
The grouts are especially useful for dynamic loads and undergo little volume change enabling excellent transfer of load to the foundation. They have a high compressive, flexural, tensile and bond strength. They can be simply poured or injected at high pressure using pumps.
